Ministry Extends Final Review Deadline for Anti-Dumping on Cold-Rolled Steel from China
On December 25, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 3565/QD-BCT on the final review of the application of anti-dumping measures on certain cold-rolled (cold-reduced) steel products in coil or sheet form originating from the People’s Republic of China.
Pursuant to Point d, Clause 2, Article 82 of the Law on Foreign Trade Management and Decision No. 3565/QD-BCT, the deadline for completing the final review investigation was set for September 25, 2025.
In order to allow more time for a comprehensive and objective consideration of issues related to the case, and pursuant to Point d, Clause 2, Article 82 of the Law on Foreign Trade Management, on September 4, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2479/QD-BCT to extend the deadline for the final review by an additional three (03) months. Accordingly, the deadline for completing the investigation is December 25, 2025.
